Over the last few years, we have made some major improvements across our business in order to reduce our impact and improve our service: We continue to improve in all of these areas and we have strict monitoring and measuring systems in place to ensure that we understand what we are doing. When we are with our customers, we are also aware of our impact. Waste packaging has been significantly reduced, the recycled content of all of our packaging has been increased by 30% and we use blankets again to protect our products. These can be reused up to 200 times and can be recycled at end of life. Our products are designed to last for a minimum of 10 years and often last far longer. Products can be refreshed and re-manufactured, extending their life almost indefinitely. At the end of their life, we offer a fully sustainable disposal programme, ensuring that as much of the product as possible is reused and that nothing goes to landfill.
