A note to Flexiform's Managing Director, Nick Hewitt
We haven’t spoken before but I have been working with Flexiform for the last 18 months on various office floor refurbishments and I wanted to ensure you got direct feedback on the excellent team that we have been working with during that time.
Phil Roberts has been my Account Manager and together we have scoped out the refurbishments. This process has always worked really well and to date, everything has gone smoothly. Lucie Carr has always produced accurate drawings, turned round my amendments to drawings very quickly and provided me with different options when asked.
However, it is the onsite furniture installation team I really want to commend. Kenny Cowley has been the Site Manager for I think all of the 5 major projects that we have undergone over the last 18 months. We now plan the works together to ensure that we allocate the correct time to the project. This works really well as he understands the time it takes for different types of furniture to be installed and I can give feedback on how it affects the running of the office. This planning ahead saves a lot of headaches whilst on-site! Once on-site the installation team work really well together, they are an excellent bunch of guys and work very well as a team. Each of them is willing to jump to help a colleague or me. This is so refreshing as quite often they want to do as little a possible! I don’t know all of their names but I wish to thank all of them for their hard work and commitment over the Easter project we have just finished.
