Supply & Installation
This Central Government Department’s aim within the newly refurbished office was to create an agile and flexible working area, to promote staff collaboration on projects and encourage movement around the office to suit individual tasks and projects. Flexiform’s in-house Space Planning and Design department worked with the client to design multifunctional spaces within the building including both low and high collaborative tables, informal meeting areas, training rooms, presentation areas, and independent areas.
We installed a range of collaborative furniture including our innovative storage/workspace areas with overhanging tops, high back meeting booths with central tables, low informal meeting areas and modular seating. To improve the acoustic properties of the office and to help to reduce ambient noise, we installed our Freestor Acoustic Tambours complemented with a range of suspended acoustic panels, suited in with high back meeting seating and booths.
Meeting Rooms
Flexiform’s Executive flip-top tables created a multifunctional space suitable for training, boardroom meetings and collaborative meetings. These tables were teamed up with stacking meeting chairs to maximise the space and flexibility with the benefit of reducing storage space.
Staff Cafeteria
For the central café area, our interior design team specified a range of seating products including soft banquette seating, low soft tub chairs, coffee tables, high bar tables, stools. Complimenting the loose furniture we specified our Parq benches with the distinctive Ferro industrial clear coat lacquer frame. This mixture of furniture offers comfort to staff but also provides a collaborative/productive workspace.
