During your office transformation, you may have a selection of furniture in good condition that you currently don’t need, may be useful in sister sites or for future use. Suitable for short or long term storage, we offer secure, dry storage facilities across the UK tailored to meet client-specific requirements. This service is delivered by our expert installation and Project management teams, who can provide careful dismantling of furniture, protective wrapping, crate hire, labelling and move management. All are carefully tracked by our Project Management teams to know exactly what assets you have where, in what condition, size and fabric.
When it’s time for re–installation, we manage site re–delivery and set up, integrating both new and existing furniture, complete with thorough cleaning of all returned items to ensure they are ready for use. Our end-to-end risk management approach guarantees that all furniture is delivered in the same condition as when it was collected. We also offer furniture manufacturing and stock holding within client-specific storage, subject to minimum quantity requirements.
All our office installs are given a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the logistics and installation of your office transformation. Supported by internal support teams, our Project Manager oversees all elements of the installation, including risk assessments, on-site services, timescales and liaises with any 3rd party contractors. For stock management and storage facilities, our Project Manager will coordinate the disassembly, safe packaging, itemisation and recording, removal, storage and re-delivery of any existing furniture.
The Project Manager acts as one contact for the client, combining all elements and teams involved in the design, ordering, planning and processing. If you decide you no longer want your long-term stored furniture, we’ll help to donate it to a local charity or recycling facility to extend its lifespan.
