Envoy

Envoy provides a high-quality renewal service to the IT profession, using state-of-the-art proprietary software. Established in 2009, Envoy has enjoyed considerable growth, prompting a city centre move. Working alongside Glasgow based project management company – Whitecross Building Consultancy, Flexiform was selected to deliver a dynamic workplace for the talented mix of Envoy staff from all around the world.

Envoys brief was typical of an organisation of this type – they wanted a bright, modern feel to their open-plan office, with their branding colours highly visible throughout. The products selected needed to be functional and of exceptionally high quality. The different types of desking needed to match visually across all open-plan offices and meeting rooms, managers offices, and boardrooms.

Pico Office Desks

Flexiform installed Pico desks bring a clean, smart aesthetic, while also being very versatile and functional. Pico desks have built-in cable management, keeping office space neat and tidy, with access to wires through a convenient sliding top. The range can also have desk-mounted screens attached, which don’t limit the sliding top function or eat into desk space. As seen in the images, the screens can be finished in differently-coloured fabrics to create a bright, colourful workspace.

Boardroom Furniture

In the boardroom, we incorporated walnut veneer table tops with silver electronics, to create a luxury executive feel. A functional and minimal cantilever chair was supplied to complement the desk.
