The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is recognised as Scotland’s national public sector conference centre. Requiring a luxurious, contemporary reception, café and breakout spaces that are both inviting and comfortable, Flexiform provided a selection of seating, low coffee tables, café chairs and café tables for this hotel reception refurbishment.
Working with JM Architects, Flexiform delivered and installed chairs in Camira Hemp, a natural fabric that suited the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel’s natural ethos. The legs and coffee tables were supplied in dark rich wood to add to the luxurious feel. Flexiform project-managed this installation to ensure all chairs from a range of manufacturers were delivered together and were to the customer’s specification.
A team from the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel visited Flexiform’s Livingston showroom along with the interior designer JM Architects; here we presented suitable products in line with JM’s scheme. The high back chairs offer the hotel guests comfort and privacy, while smaller chairs, in their natural wool fabric, offer an inviting place to relax and have coffee. The ‘before’ and ‘after’ styles on the project were dramatically different, with many returning hotel guests impressed with the changes.
