Furniture Supply & Install
In collaboration with J Mills Contractors and Oberlanders Architects, Flexiform has successfully completed the installation of office furniture for Ingenza’s new facility. The multi-million pound purpose-built facility features state-of-the-art biopharma laboratories alongside a range of office environments, including traditional workspaces, breakout and café areas, meeting rooms, and team presentation spaces. With double the footprint of Ingenza’s previous workspace, the new facilities will allow Ingenza to scale up manufacturing to 100L, paving the way for the production of First-in-Human material.
Drawing inspiration from Ingenza’s corporate colours, we hosted the clients and Oberlanders at our Scotland showroom. This visit provided an opportunity to review fabric selections and refine furniture choices, ensuring a balanced approach to design, quality, and value.
Office Furniture Installation
Flexiform supplied and installed a range of back-to-back bench desks and height-adjustable workstations, complemented by ergonomic task chairs, Aero desk privacy screens, on-desk charging points, and under-desk pedestals. Acoustic hanging screens were used to reduce noise, while Freestor tambour units with storage-top planters provided accessible storage and a touch of biophilic design.
To enhance the natural aesthetic, we incorporated our Fauna indoor planters, helping to define zones within the space and promote a calming, relaxed atmosphere. Wooden café chairs and tables were selected to maintain a warm, domestic feel, while opposite the café area, lightweight, movable tiered platform seating was installed, creating a flexible space for group presentations, collaboration, and breakout sessions.
Flexiform was proud to collaborate once again with J Mills Contractors and work alongside Oberlanders Architects to deliver Ingenza’s office fitout, completed with zero snagging.
