Flexiform continues our collaboration with the Office Interior Designer Space Solutions and Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration (SCRA) at its Hamilton office. Following Space Solution’s office design, Flexiform specified, manufactured and installed office furniture to their space plans, supporting SCRA’s decision on furniture, fabrics and colours, as well as adding the finishing touches including prints and artwork installation.
SCRA is a government organisation that supports and processes court hearing administration for children and young people who are most at risk.

Scotland Office Furniture Showroom & Hub
During the office design process, Flexiform we’re able to invite SCRA and Space Solutions to our Scotland Showroom and Hub, allowing the client to try out their preferred office furniture and undertake an in-depth discussion on finishes. Due to the nature of their work which could sometimes be stressful and upsetting, colour and tactile finishes were important factors to ensure staff had a calming, relaxing and positive breakout space and office environment.
Flexiform went above and beyond to tie different elements of the office design, helping to specify and install pictures and artwork and bring the colours through into the office furniture.
Office Furniture Specification
To maximise staff wellbeing, Flexiform installed a mixture of Pico office desks and Jot-Up Lite electric height adjustable desks, complete with a desk privacy screen, dual monitor arms and ergonomic desk chair. We also installed various informal meeting spaces configured from an Additions 2 poseur table and miss chairs for quick chats and collaborations, and a high-sided L shape modular sofa for a comfortable semi-private discussion space.
Within the breakout area, we installed a large dining area with bench seating and Miss dining stools alongside lounge chairs and coffee tables for a relaxing and calming space.
Flexiform were delighted with the outcome of this office interior design and hopes to continue our collaborations with SCRA throughout their other offices.
