With teams based around the UK, Flexiform’s installation and fitout process is quick and easy, with our efficient, all-inclusive service ensuring your brand new workspace is fully set up, and ready to go. Whether we are installing a new building or refitting an existing space, we’ll agree a schedule in advance with each client to ensure the process is as professional as possible, minimising downtime. For larger projects, furniture can be
installed in pre-scheduled phases if needed, to ensure a smooth and timely process. Flexiform has permanent bases in Scotland, the Midlands, and the South of England allowing us quick access to almost any location. Our installation and fitout teams are also available throughout the week to reduce potential disturbances to your business (some unsociable hours charges may apply).

Flexiform’s Office Furniture installation teams are respectful, friendly and extremely professional, and with decades of experience, know the products inside out. We make sure finished offices are clean and tidy before we leave, and all rubbish is taken away with us. Our expert installers work closely with the space planning and dispatch teams so that your new workplace matches client-approved plans. All Flexiform products are carefully packaged and signed off after quality checks at our factory, and we employ careful drivers to ensure products arrive safely at your premises.
All of our workers are health and safety trained to ensure safe on-site working conditions for both our staff and yours. Flexiform is also able to recycle any old furniture, and we can install electrics through cable management systems for your IT team to set up. If you have any questions during the install, each client has a dedicated project manager who will be on-site or easily contactable during the installation process, and happy to answer any of your queries.
