Our Office Design team offers a wide range of services, including consultation, analysis, storage surveys, site surveys, office interior design and space planning. And thanks to our detailed plans, static renders, walkthroughs and virtual reality software, you’ll be able visualise exactly what the team is proposing and see how it will work in your space.
On large-scale projects, our Interior Design team can collaborate with your architects and external design firms, bringing their vision to life with hand-picked products that meet the brief perfectly. Our designers are fully trained and accredited to BIM ISO 19650, and their understanding of the correct procedure for BIM projects and the key elements of ISO 19650-2 allows for seamless collaboration.
Flexiform’s expertise extends to all elements of office fitouts, from initial concepts to installation. We liaise closely with architects, engineers and contractors to bring projects in on time, within budget and with minimal disruption. Our process when undertaking an office refurbishment is:

To ensure your office fitout goes smoothly, every site project has a dedicated Project Manager, who oversees all elements of the refurbishment and provides detailed timescales that align with those of any 3rd party contractors. The Project Manager is your key point of contact, liaising with our specialist teams at all points of the job, from design concepts to ordering, planning to processing.
Once a project’s been designed and the products specified, the Project Manager receives a thorough briefing that allows them to take the project to completion, working with the Sales Consultant to plan the job and provide timescales for furniture installation. The Project Management team cross-reference orders, installation plans and site access to ensure a smooth installation, manage health & safety RAMS and installation packs for our fitting teams, and deal with any snagging or customer concerns.
