Users can book pods instantly via the integrated touchscreen, access real-time availability through the Workspace Overview, or reserve spaces on the go using the Framery App. Together, these platforms provide clear information on pod capacity, available equipment and occupancy status, helping employees quickly find and book the most suitable space. The Workspace Overview can be accessed from any device and is also available on floor-standing touchscreen displays, making it easy to locate and reserve available spaces in high-traffic areas.
The Framery App extends beyond smart pods to include the entire workplace. From Framery pods to traditional meeting rooms, every bookable space can be integrated into a single, easy-to-use platform, ensuring all available workspaces are visible and accessible. Seamlessly synchronising with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace calendars, the system provides a connected and streamlined booking experience across the organisation.
Framery Room Sensor and Framery Connect work together to provide valuable workplace analytics through an intuitive management dashboard. Facilities and workplace managers can monitor pod occupancy rates across the workspace, helping to make informed decisions about the number, size and placement of meeting pods. The system can also track the number of occupants within each pod, providing deeper insight into how spaces are being used and whether they are meeting workplace requirements.
