Once again Flexiform collaborates with office furniture dealer Create Space to transform a new office space for their client, an educational tech company. The brief was simple – to create a modern user-centric office space to accommodate over 50 staff, with social and meeting room spaces to encourage collaboration.
Throughout the office space, this interior design scheme featured moss panel artwork, wooden and stone textures with graphite/black accents, complemented by fresh, all-white desking, neutral warm screens, wooden leg furniture, green textured fabrics, and “Ferro clear coat” lacquer (raw metal) tables. Adam (Flexiform) worked with Stephen at Create Space to produce a series of office design options and visuals utilising our in-house Space Planning team.

Office Desks & Meeting Spaces
To create an ergonomic desk space on the first floor, we installed our Pico back-to-back bench desks complete with monitor arms, Equity body balance task chairs, and Dolly screens for privacy. A complimentary set-up was replicated for the management, with a single ‘L’ shape workstation and an additional office sofa for informal chats and 1-2-1’s. The fresh all-white finish was carried through to the formal meeting areas with a 4.4m x 1.2m Additions 2 boardroom table, featuring recessed electrics complete with our Cyla mesh back cantilever meeting chairs. This core office furniture provides hardwearing and adaptable workspaces throughout the office.
Breakout Furniture
The star of the office fitout is the office kitchen and breakout space with a modern wood-clad room, graphite counters complimented by green banquette sofas, Miss wooden leg stools and chairs, complimented with a bespoke Ferro pedestal base bistro table.
