As a full services provider, Flexiform successfully won the office refit, relocation and installation of furniture contract for Student Awards Agency for Scotland. SAAS requirement consisted of furniture for open plan office areas, meeting rooms, mailrooms, receptions, manager offices, executive offices, and breakout spaces.
Upon winning the project, The Flexiform Interior Design team were given the colour tones of the carpet, so a furniture scheme could be designed to match/ compliments these base colours. We then produced this for all products throughout the building. This led to various bespoke products being manufactured specifically for SAAS.
Pico Office Desking
Flexiform manufactured and installed a range of furniture including Pico back-to-back desks in clusters of four, six and eight. The furniture Flexiform manufactured and installed adapted to the different departments, the Flexiform team developed innovative design solutions throughout the project; within high noise areas screens were provided to section off each area and act as an acoustic barrier. Different departments had varying storage solutions at the end of the back-to-back desks to suit their needs, but the contemporary bright design and feel were maintained throughout.
Flexiform’s bespoke items for Student Awards Agency For Scotland included lockers and mailroom storage. This involved altering existing products to suit SAAS’ needs, including non-standard paint runs and bespoke racking. We pride ourselves on the ability to create bespoke furniture to fulfil each client’s different needs.
