Following the success of Swizzels Middlewich office fit out, Flexiform and Harris Partnership came together again to transform the Swizzels Derbyshire canteen space. As a British sweet manufacturer, Swizzels valued Flexiform’s in-house manufacturing facilities and wanted to support fellow British businesses during their projects.
We installed canteen furniture following Harris Partnership’s interior design and space plan, working alongside Swizzels for a delivery plan that worked for their timeframe with minimal disruption to staff. The furniture installation resulted in a contemporary, bright and refreshing breakout space to house up to 116 staff at any time.
Canteen Furniture Specification
Flexiform manufactured, delivered and installed a range of canteen furniture including our Parq bar height bench tables, Additions pedestal base tables to maximise leg space, and Wilson square canteen tables with solid oak wood legs. The tables featured a white top with oak edging and black underframes for a warm, contemporary and clean feel.
We provided several soft seating spaces with a combination of Tryst 2 seater office sofas and Hygge lounge chairs with wood legs and shells, complete with a matching coffee table for a comfortable and relaxed space. The bistro chairs, lounge chairs and sofas were finished in vinyl to provide a stain-resistant wipeable surface. Swizzels are delighted with their new canteen space.
