Relocating from St Andrews House, Flexiform assisted this Government Agency with relocation and installation for their newly refurbished office space. Our installation teams assisted the relocation with the supply and movement of crates, delivering them to specific locations within the building. As a result, the new agile working offices have a range of workspaces. These spaces include collaborative workspaces to boardrooms, breakout spaces to open plan office space. The refurbished office features a pastel colour palette.
The collaborative spaces feature high-back soft seating for informal, semi-private meetings and chats and quiet working. They also offer a space to collaborate on projects. This type of workspace allows members from different teams to come together for projects and meetings, creating a community feel in the office. Separating this area from the main office space is our bespoke Freestor Accent Lockers with post slots, cam locks, label holders and bottom drawers with a bespoke colour combination. Providing lockable lockers for personal storage gives the staff a sense of owning a space, as well as security, as their belongings are safely stored in one place.
Ergonomic Workspaces
The open plan bench desks are made up of Pico back-to-back desking and our type A Jot-Up sit/stand desk range. Both office desking ranges feature comprehensive cable management, taking away the stress and mess of having too many wires surrounding the worker. Our Jot-Up sit/stand desks allow movement throughout the day, improving physical and mental health. The workspace was also installed with a Freestor Tambour Wardrobe for coats, featuring built-in ventilation and captive hangers ensuring easy use. This space also includes our recycling bins to aid and encourage recycling.
With no separate boardroom, we installed a Qube private meeting pod with a bespoke 14 person Additions 2 table with chrome legs and built-in power and data modules. Surrounding the table are swivel meeting chairs with a 5-star base and castors for easy movement. The office pod creates a room-within-a-room and can be relocated and adjusted as the needs of the organisation change.
Flexiform continues to work with this Government Agency on Phase 2 of the offices and assist their internal Facilities Managers.
