Government Office Fitout

Flexiform continues our collaboration with a Government Department, completing an office fitout for 140 staff in their West Yorkshire office. We’ve been working with this client since 2017, and the brief was simple: to refurbish their 7th and 8th floor, replicating as much as possible that was already successfully installed across previous collaborations. With tried and tested office furniture and layouts, this would enable staff and visitors to identify their workspaces easily. 

Throughout the floors, we installed a mixture of informal meeting spaces including office meeting booths, armchairs and modular sofas, plus formal meeting room furniture with cantilever mesh back meeting chairs and tables. Within the main workspace, we installed Pico and Jot-Up height adjustable desking complete with privacy screens, monitor arms, and task chairs for an adjustable ergonomic workspace. A number of office storage cabinets and staff lockers were installed throughout providing easy-access storage facilities. As an additional service, we planted live office plants throughout the floors in their new freestanding and storage top office planters.
