the national public sector furniture and related services framework suppliers


Flexiform is an approved supplier on The National Public Sector Furniture and Related Services Framework UOE/DU/FURN/01 contract managed by Dukefield Procurement. We supply:

  • Lot 1: Office furniture
  • Lot 3: Project-led design and specialist area furniture (library, laboratory, outdoor, etc.)
  • Lot 5: Specialist ergonomic furniture

The framework runs from 17 March 2025 – 17 March 2028, with the potential to extend until 2029. This framework is open to a wide range of public-sector organisations, including educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities), local authorities, central government departments and agencies, NHS bodies, health sector organisations, hospices, non-departmental public bodies, police authorities, emergency services, registered charities, national parks and registered social landlords.

Flexiform is a UK-based office furniture manufacturer and installer, working with a broad network of UK supply partners to offer an extensive range of sustainable and locally sourced commercial furniture. Our supply partners include Orangebox, Boss Design, Pledge Furniture, JDD Furniture and more. This includes our whole portfolio of office furniture from office desking, seating, meeting room furniture, pods, booths and more.

Through Lot 1, we can also offer additional services, including aftercare services (repair, removal services and environmental disposal), plus a free office design and space planning service with our BIM-accredited space design team.

Lot 3 enables us to provide a fully bespoke, project-led service, encompassing all furniture in Lot 1 plus specialist and large-scale items such as: lecture and seminar furniture, café furniture, commercial outdoor furniture, reception furniture, breakout furniture, libraries and bespoke office furniture.

With our in-house design team, UK manufacturing capabilities and project management expertise, we can deliver complete Cat B educational and office fit-outs.

Lot 5 includes specialist ergonomic furniture and accessories for everything from occupational health task chairs, height-adjustable desks, desk risers and specific ergonomic accessories.

This includes DDA-accessible furniture such as office work pods, meeting booths, and focus pods designed to provide generous space for easy access. Where appropriate, height-adjustable desks can also be incorporated. This inclusive, ergonomic furniture helps ensure that all users have comfortable, accessible, and supportive workspaces.
